The tech quickly diagnosed the problem with our washing machine, and suggested we get a new one. I appreciated his honesty and that he didn’t push to do the work just to make money. He also took the time to answer my questions and gave advise on how to prevent the problem in the future.

These are the guys to call! I had a fridge defrost problem, and THREE other companies would not even show up. These guys sent over a person next day, within a two hour window, and the tech showed up! 30 mins later and boom! All fixed and only $150 for the whole thing! They've restored my faith that appliance repair companies can still be professional and affordable!

Dave came to fix the ice machine in the fridge. He was quick, professional, and kind. Answered all my questions and concerns. He worked so fast. Replaced the bad ice maker and gave me some tips. It now works even better than before. Thank you!

We needed our range hood repaired. Rather than send someone out to charge us $125+ just to say "you need this part," they had me text pictures to them. They were able to ascertain the part needed, which they ordered. Once it arrived, they called me to schedule a time. Tyler, was courteous and professional (and fast!). He walked me through the problem and the fix.
