Our technician helped us advert a serious situation, with water leaking in our floors and ceiling to the basement. Junior went the extra mile by double checking to see what the issue was. So grateful he went the extra mile! We'll always use Appliance Service By Paul for any problems in the future.

Saturday afternoon I walked in needing a rather uncommon part, and really didn't expect them to have it. I was amazed when the parts counter lady came back with it in her hand. It took less than 10 minutes and we were out the door. All on a Saturday afternoon.

Amazing customer service. Our double oven went out but they met us on New Years Eve to get a new one. They were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable and didn't try to over sell us. When an accessory was missing, they mailed it so we didn't have to drive back. I recommend them to all of my friends.
